Stuck on four loading dots in Firefox, everything working fine in Chrome

Hi!

When trying to access Sonarr from Firefox I log in, and am then stuck at the four loading dots. When I try to log in from Chrome everything works fine. I’d prefer to use firefox though, so I’m wondering if anyone has encountered something similar before?

Try clearing the cache in Firefox (browsing history it may be called).

No luck, unfortunately…

A few things to try:

  • Try another profile with no extensions loaded
  • Check dev tools (F12 on Windows), both the console and networking tabs
  • Check Sonarr’s logs for any errors when loading

Seems to have fixed itself with version 46.0.1 of firefox… strange…
