Stop Monitoring of watched content

I have Sonarr set to download the highest quality possible for my TV episodes.

This means I may get 2 or 3 downloads of the same episode at differing qualities.

What I want to do is, unmonitor an episode if I watch it in Emby/Plex, so that any further downloads are stopped.

Any ideas on how to do this please, other than manually doing it?

Thanks @Thirrian, I’ll have a look, but may not work with Emby/Plex.

Ah sorry man, I was totally in a Kodi mindset, since that’s what I’m using.

No worries.

I have a friend writing a PowerShell script to extract the WATCHED status from Emby, so next is how to update Sonarr with the information.
