Stop automatic downloading

Hi all

I was wondering if there is a way to stop automatic downloading on episodes.
I would prefer to do a manual search within sonarr to select the file i want.

Turn off RSS Sync. The FAQ explains how Sonarr grabs things automatically via RSS, so just do the opposite.
