Hi, I have a setup with freenas and nzbget through sonarr. The files download in nzbget, but then sonarr doesn’t move them. I’ve looked through my logs and the only error I find is this " Download Failed, Failed download is older than the grace period". I would like to note something odd that it tries to parse a bunch of shows I’ve never heard of or added to my library. I’ve attached my logs below: Thank you so much!

Are Sonarr and nzbget on the same system?

Thats because they’re on the RSS feeds from your indexer(s), which is completely normal.
The only thing I see in the logs is that one failure and the search for a different release following it, no imports were attempted.
Sonarr and Nzbget are on the same system but different jails. You’re right I don’t see it trying to import either. Not sure why.

Yes, completed download handling is enabled.
Of note: Drone factory seems to work fine. I do not have them set as the same folder. And for my testing I have drone factory turned off.
What does Activity: Queue in Sonarr show?
It will look like its downloading until nzbget finishes downloading, and then it will turn to failed. Right after that it redownloads from another source and then nzbget will delete the download from history.
markus, thank you for spending time troubleshooting with me. I figured out the issue. I pulled my install for nzbget from pcbsd.org. Turns out that was the issue. I’m a new freebsd user so I took the easy way and got bitten. Turns out all I need to do was pkg install nzbget. That fixed all my issues. My nzbget was messed up the whole time. Thanks again! Love the product.
