On my Qnap I moved sonnarr and NZBGet to docker (Container Station).
Everything is working, but sometime sonnarr just don’t recognizes an epsiode, which is downloading (or later).
It does not look like there is a differnce regarding the episodes:
e.g. episode 3 + 4 is downloading and appearing in Sonnarr , episode 5 is not.
Anybody any ideal where to look?
Probably in the logs 
It just happend again, that one episode is not fetched by sonaar.
I don’t find anything in the logfiles regarding how NZBGET communicates to sonnarr, that is is downloading an episode.

I believe the way it works is Sonarr scans NZBget every minute looking for “Monitored Downloads”. It determines if something is meant for it based on the category of the download in NZBget. When Sonarr adds something to NZBget it will assign the category based on what you typed into the “Category” field of the NZBget configuration in Sonarr (found in “Settings/Download Client” in Sonarr). When it scans for download status it uses the same field to identify a particular download as belonging to it as opposed to perhaps Radarr who may be sharing the download client. The first thing to check in NZBget is if the category assigned to a download it does not recognize is the same as the category assigned to one it does.
I use SABnzbd instead of NZBget but the principle is the same. You can see from the screen grab below I have SABNnzbd and Sonarr configured to use a category called sonarr (you can probably guess what category Radarr is using)…
