Sonarr seems to think all the entries it found for this show are zero length but going directly in via an indexer is showing normal size files? Manual selection via an indexer followed by download via sabnzbd yields a perfectly intact show.
Please include all the requested help information, including version, platform and debug logs. It sounds like you’re misreading the error message and the reason it’s failing is there isn’t a runtime for the series, not that there isn’t a known size for the releases. If that’s the case it’ll be fixed when Sonarr gets updated series information from TheTVDB, though it can take 24+ hours depending on their caching.
You were correct. Forced a series update for it this morning and the zero run time issue is gone. Just never sen this happen before.
