Sonarr will not run (stay running)

Sonarr version (exact version): 20180303-13
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.6.2-0096
OS: MacOS Mojave 10.14.2

Description of issue: Sonarr will not stay running on my synology

Sadly I have no idea where to find the logs even following these instructions (I didn’t set it up) but I did look here: https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/AppData-Directory

The only other thing I have to tell is that at some time the path was changed from ‘TV Shows’ to ‘NAS TV Shows’. As I was adding a new show I noticed this show I manually renamed the folder back to TV Shows and now it’s not working even after manually naming them back again :frowning:

I’ve stuffed it up. Happy to reinstall/restart if I must but surely not?

That’s not a Sonarr version, that’s a synology package version, but you’d likely need Sonarr running to get the exact version.

OS would be Synology Diskstation then, macOS would only apply if you were running Sonarr on a mac.

Unfortunately without logs it’s impossible to say why it’s not staying running, are you looking for the logs in the correct location? On synology you’ll probably need to SSH in and not look for the macOS path…

macOS instructions won’t help if you’re running Sonarr on a Synology.
