Sonarr Web Interface won't open

I can’t change the logging level as I can’t get into the web interface, so not sure if this is debug level logs.

As of sometime tonight, I can’t get into the web interface at all. I’ve restarted the service several times, and now reinstalled it, to no avail.

When I relaunch it, it tries to open a web browser to localhost:8989 but it just never loads.

What error do you see on the screen if any?
Which browser are you using?
Have you tried another browser?

No errors, just endlessly loading, I had tried multiple browsers, both locally and from another PC on the LAN (chrome, Firefox, edge).

I have now resolved the issue, here is how:

Moved the entire nzbdrone directory elsewhere and did a clean install. This worked but obviously was without all my settings and shows.

Closed it, copied the database file back, it then said corrupt database on launching.

Closed it, recopied the database along with the other (3?) Files with the same name but different extensions. Launched fine and had all my shows on, cover art missing.

Closed it, copied the cover art folder, all seems to be working fine.

I don’t suppose that helps anyone diagnose it, but perhaps of someone has the same issue it might help them fix it :slight_smile:
