Sonarr Web Interface not loading - Ubuntu 16.04

Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): version 4.4.0
OS: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Description of issue: Sonarr interface won’t load. It’s processing files, I can see them being downloaded but when I load the interface, it just hangs on the loading animation.

I saw the advice that was provided here: Sonarr Web Interface not loading

But I don’t know to restore from backup and definitely don’t know how to use SQLite.

Any advice?

That advice was specific to that issue, your logs don’t show any issues (just a series refresh), if you restart Sonarr does the interface load? Can you post log files after attempting to load the UI?

I tried restarting Sonarr and the server several times, didn’t work.

Then I tried the SQLite3 (UPDATE Series SET Actors = ‘[]’) solution you gave in the other thread and it solved the problem. It was easier to do than I thought it would be.
