Sonarr v3: How do I use {ImdbId} {TvdbId}?

I have some series match issues in Plex.
I have read that Plex is able to use the {ImdbId} {TvdbId} to do a better match.
Do I insert the tokens in the “Series Folder Format” like this {Series TitleYear} [{ImdbId}][{TvdbId}] ?
