Sonarr Updated modal keeps popping up

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.3.645
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 6.4.0.198
OS: Ubuntu 18.04.3
Debug logs:

Description of issue:
After a clean install of Sonarr (had not configured anything yet) I noticed there was an update just posted. I applied the update through the web UI and after updating the browser every 5-10 seconds or so will pop up the modal dialog saying:
Sonarr Updated
Version 3.0.3.645 of Sonarr has been installed, in order to get the latest changes you’ll need to reload Sonarr.
What’s new?
New

  • Parsing Saison season packs as alternative to Season

I’ve tried clicking the reload button in the UI to no avail.
I’ve tried restarting Sonarr completely to no avail.
I’ve tried hard refreshing to no avail.
I tried another browser which had never accessed the site to no avail.

I can’t get this modal to go away

Tried rebooting the server, no luck…

I ended up fixing the issue by purge my CloudFlare cache as suggested here: What's new dialog won't go away - Sonarr 3 Preview

You may want to check it out on the code side though, as something is definitely caching that shouldn’t be…

(Sorry for posting from secondary account… google sign in wouldn’t let me back into the forums after all the stuff i tried)
