Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4753
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.0.0
OS: Ubuntu 16.04

Description of issue: I tried to add a default script for Ubuntu to run on startup but it didn’t work out. After removing that script I stopped getting torrents so I tried manual search and am now getting “Unable to connect to deluge - check your settings.” When I test deluge it succeeds. Only throws an error when adding a torrent.
NzbDrone.Core.Download.Clients.DownloadClientException: Unable to connect to Deluge, please check your settings —> System.Net.WebException: The request timed out
Deluge is taking too long to respond, are they tons of torrents in Deluge?
Deluge logs might indicate what the problem is or it could be the Web API not responding because it ran into an error (instead of returning an error it just doesn’t respond), restarting the Deluge daemon and web API may help).
