Sonarr, Transmission & Plex on QNap Getting Close

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5163
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.10.0.160
OS: QNap 4.3.4.0516
Debug logs:

Description of issue:

First I’m a Newbie - got Plex running last week, which lead me to Sonarr which lead me to Transmission.

  • I have Sonarr running on my QNap (versions above).
  • I configured my Series to download files to the same directory that Plex uses for “TVShows” (/share/CE_CACHEDEV1_DATA/MediaFiles/TVShows).
  • I have 5 Indexers setup (is that good or should I add more)???
  • I setup the Download Client and see that Transmission is receiving the request to download the Series/Shows correctly
  • I find the completed downloads in the /_data/completed share

Problem is I don’t see Sonarr running the “Completed Download Handling” to rename the file and then moving the completed downloads to the Plex TVShows share.

I’m not sure where to go from here. Do I need some automated task to run from here? From my readings it sounds like Sonarr should be able to handle this now and no longer a need for something like CP or DroneFactory.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

I just noticed a new error popping up on the Log Now:

  • Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: /data/completed

Sounds like the account being used by Sonarr doesn’t have permissions to the /data/completed share? How do i figure out what account Sonnar is using if I installed in QNap as a .qpkg package? When I setup Sonarr “connect” I used the Plex account/password - should that be a QNap Account/Password? I’ll try that next.
