Running Server 2016 on Sonarr version 3.0.9.1549 with no issues.
Upgraded Sonarr to 4.0.10.2544 and now shows just stop scanning randomly. For example. Alone (2015) I have all episodes and seasons yet now only seasons 9 - 11 are scanning. Same exact naming format and setup as before.
Also, Ii’m reading the Wiki on how to share applicable log files and it is confusing. I know, it may seem obvious to others, but i’m kinda stumped. I can pull the txt file from Sonar but all the rules about how to share parts of it make no sense. Any help is truly appreciated.
Thank you for the links and assist but none of them are the issue. I’m not getting any errors. I just went from a v 3. to v 4. and now Sonarr refuses to scan episodes that were previously scanned and tagged as good. Like the show Alone (2015) I have all 11 seasons yet now on v 4 of Sonarr it refuses to scan and track Seasons 1 - 8, but it sees 9 - 11. No file types have changed, no folder locations, nothing.
Any idea as to what setting may be needing tweaked to make v 4 of Sonarr do the same stuff v 3 did? I completely uninstalled and removed all traces of Sonarr, waited a couple days, then reinstalled a v 3 install. It worked just fine. Upgraded to 4.0.9.2513 (which is a different .4 release than I had before) and it’s the same thing. Just refuses to see files that were there prior to the update. Although this time around the v 3 install kept erroring when adding a lot of shows so that’s why i’m back to trying to make v 4 work.
I figured it out. I simply made new folders for each season not being scanned and then moved the files into that and deleted the old folder. Then Sonarr scans it just fine. I have no idea why it randomly will not scan various folders but it fixed it. At least it’s done. Thank you.
