Description of issue:
So I noticed that some files weren’t getting sorted, and Sonarr would flag them as Not sure if sample or not. Annoying and I’ve read things like, check the file, check the mediainfo version, check other things…
I’ve figured it out, but I have no idea how to fix it.
It’s ignoring any files where STRIFE is the source, or any other feed with an S right after the name of the file.
To be more specific “file name.INTERNAL.720p.WEB.X264-STRiFE” – reading up on an old issue with the same fault, it turns out the file was “file nameWEBRip.x264-SKGTV” – is there any way to tell the software to stop trying to figure it the name once it has it and ignore anything that isn’t exactly SAMPLE or Sample or sample maybe ?
My solution was to manually copy the files from their current name to stopping at X264 (removing the STRiFE part in the title.) The file works great after that.
Thoughts ?
