Sonarr searching for wrong episode number for Bold and The Beautiful

Searching for episode 318, but nzb and torrent searches store episode using absolute numbering.

That’s mixing two naming conventions in an awkward way.

If the Ep#### wasn’t jammed in there you could set the series type to Daily and it would work without any changes.

Searching is likely not ever going to work with this format, unless set series type is set to Anime and Sonarr is able to parse that as an absolute episode number, but TheTVDB would also need to be updated to add absolute episode numbers for those episodes.

If we haven’t already (and I’m not sure we have), we may be able to support that format for parsing as a Daily series, but searching wouldn’t work. Alternatively setting the series to Anime and updating the episodes may also work (it may not since I’m not sure we support 4-digit absolute episode numbers).
