Is Sonarr supposed to be able to scan new shows to the Kodi Library once they are added in sonarr? The notification updating works for episodes automatically, but only after I manually go in and scan the new show to the library.
Just want to know if there is a way to do this that iv’e missed or if this is not a currently available feature.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sonarr will only tell Kodi to scan for new episodes when an episode is imported, not when the series is added.
Ah k that’s fair enough then, it’s not as essential as the episode updates since its a lot less frequent and a one off kind of thing per show and easy enough to just scan in manually anyway.
