Sonarr/Sabnzbd/Plex, lagging another computer?

Hi, hoping someone might be able to help with this.

I have sonarr + SABnzbd + Plex Server installed on a fresh install of Windows 7. This machine is being used as a server, so nothing else is installed on it. Everything is set up and working like champ, however I have a big problem. Every few minutes my main PC (not the one with sonarr running) experiences a massive network lag. For example if I am playing a game, everything will stop for about 2-4 seconds or so, then return to normal.

This only occurs when the sonarr machine is turned on and the services are running. When the machine is just being used as a file server there are zero issues. I have a great internet connection, and ive never experienced anything like this before.

Anyone able to help with this? I love Sonarr but I have to turn off that computer to play games, etc.

thanks

Try stopping Sonarr, SAB and Plex on that machine and see if it still causes issues. If the problem still exists its something else running on that system causing issues, If the problem resides, turn on one application at a time to see when the problem re-occurs, if a single app doesn’t cause issues start turning apps on together to see if there is a combination.

Neither Sonarr or Plex use much bandwidth, just grabbing data from various sites (series/episode data, RSS, etc), SAB would be the heavy data user grabbing the articles, but it wouldn’t spike up periodically.
