Sonarr Sab Automation not working anymore

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4146

Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.2.2

OS: UNRAID 6.1.9

((Debug logs)) (posted to hastebin or similar): Not sure which logs you’d need for this issue

Description of issue: My buddy helped my setup my UNRAID server and everything has been running smoothly u until I was trying to get some stuck files off my cache drive, well I went and changed my user shares from cache only setting to “no” and ever since now Sonarr (or couch potato, but I know this is sonarr forums so just speaking about that right now) isn’t automatically moving files once Sabnzbd has downloaded them.

Before it would move them within a minute or two from tower/appdata/sabnzbd/Downloads/complete to it’s final resting place of /tower/media/tv series/(whatever show it was) so Plex could than show it .

It was recommended to change my sonarr docker and sabnzbd docker to match.

Sonarr Docker:
/config ------ /mnt/user/appdata/sonarr

Sabnzbd Docker Volume Mapping:
/config----------------------------/mnt/user/Media/sabnzbd/

I have searched google like crazy but at this point I think I might be searching the wrong things.

The ((debug logs)) from Sonarr, you’ll need to turn them on in settings.

Did you enable debug logging in settings? Those logs only show start up messages (and you need to post them on hastebin or a similar site, please).

Based on the logs it sounds like you have Drone Factory setup and pointed at /media? If so, remove that from settings and set the interval to zero. Its not needed and may cause other issues.

I don’t see Sonarr trying to connect to SAB at all, it should be checking the history and queue of SAB approximately every 90 seconds, though the logs are slightly less than that so that may be the issue.

Is Completed Download Handling enabled in Sonarr?
Is SAB setup (and enabled) in Sonarr?

I just tried turning on Drone factory earlier as a hail mary, I just turnt it back off.

Yes Completed Download Handling is turnt on.

Yes sabnzbd is setup in sonarr and when I press test is successfully is tested as well as when I press a episode to download it does send it to sabnzbd and completes a download. ( don’t have a category set on sab in settings)

Is there anything I need to show you from sabnzbd so you can see from that perspective?

By the way not sure if this info helps but… The episode I tried to download “wayward pines season 2 episode 2” actually went here:

‪\Tower\Media\sabnzbd\complete\Tv\Wayward Pines S02E02 1080p HDTV x264-CRAVERS"

it’s final resting place should of ( I want it to be)

You also need to clear the path or it will prevent Completed Download Handling from working.

Enable trace logging, clear your log files then restart Sonarr. Then post the logs after a few minutes.

It is helpful once we have the logs to see the communication between SAB and Sonarr.

Do these files show in Sonarr’s queue?
If so, you can hover over the icon on the left to see why they aren’t importing.
If not, its likely a configuration issue, either wrong category or something else.

So either its permissions, docker isn’t setup properly, SAB and Sonarr see the same physical location using separate paths or the file doesn’t exist. If its case #3 you can either fix docker or fix it in Sonarr with a remote path mapping, the others I’m not so sure about.

Does this help as far as the Dockers are concerned?

If I do need to try remote path mapping what am I putting as the Host,remote path, local path?

‪\Tower\Media\sabnzbd\complete\Tv\ … is where things are going currently ( I can change this if need be)

This is where I want it to be

\Tower\Media\Tv Series\ (whatever the show is)

You need to seup a remote path mapping in Sonarr that maps the remote path /config/Downloads to the local path /media/sabnzbd/Downloads the host field will be the same as the host field you entered in the SAB settings within Sonarr. Or fix docker so the path that SAB reports is the same path that Sonarr sees the files at.
