Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4374 Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): OS: Windows 10 ((Debug logs)): https://www.dropbox.com/s/p2trn9in80rr19a/sonarr.txt?dl=0 (Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here) Description of issue: The Sonarr queue has 3 shows in it that I’ve already downloaded and they are in their respective show folders. However, the queue will not remove them and says that there are no eligible files to import (from the Temp folder, I’m assuming). But I already have the shows where they should be - how do I get them to be gone from the queue?
On another note, I have a second issue. If I leave my computer unattended and come back after a few hours (the computer does NOT go to sleep or idle), the drive that Sonarr is pointed to becomes unresponsive and eventually explorer.exe crashes and I have to manually restart. I have a third drive unrelated to Sonarr and my main SSD both DO NOT crash - it is only when I try to open the Media folder on the drive pointed to Sonarr that explorer.exe crashes. I am at a loss - I thought it was because of the computer going to Sleep, but that was disabled, however, this issue still happens. Why does the Media folder become inaccessible? Is this due to Nzbdrone? How can I disable that and only use Completed download handling? I am very frustrated, please help.
Sounds like something else moved them to the series folder and Sonarr doesn’t know they were imported. Removing the download from your download client’s history will stop them from showing in Sonarr’s queue.
Sonarr doesn’t constantly access the media drive, that sounds like a problem with the drive itself, you should check it for errors and back it up to be safe.
Not sure what you mean here? Sonarr is NzbDrone (Sonarr is the new name, the executable is still named NzbDrone). Completed Download Handling is a part of Sonarr (that does the file importing).
This worked perfectly and the episodes are no longer in my Sonarr queue.
When I say the media drive, I mean I have a folder on one of my drives called Media that is the directory pointed to from Sonarr. I was confused about the Nzbdrone part - my mistake. What I meant to say, was the Drone Factory setting. I think that may have something to do with my issue.
The best way to describe the issue:
After leaving the computer for some time (without idle or sleep), I come back and manually go to the directory holding my media files (D:\Media). However, once I double-click that folder, the folder hangs and does not respond. Eventually, explorer.exe will attempt to restart but will be unable to successfully do so. I have to manually restart my computer and then everything is working again. I do not believe this is an issue with my hard-drive as I used it for a week before even trying to use Sonarr. This issue has only come up since I’ve set up Sonarr and NZBGet. If it helps at all, the last time this happened my NZBGet told me that I was “out of space” for a scheduled download. But that was not the case. I had over 1.5 TB remaining on that drive, however, I was unable to open to the media folder so I am assuming Sonarr was also unable to get there and that’s why I had that error.
Could this be related to the Drone Factory? What can I do about this? Please let me know if you need any more information or have any other ideas. Thanks.
Drone Factory checks the folder every minute, but it’s not required when Completed Download Handling is enabled and should be disabled (and the path unset).
Hard drives fail, a week and a half is a quick failure, but not unheard of. Sonarr doesn’t do anything to lock folders and I’ve never seen/heard of this behaviour caused by Sonarr. Any time I’ve had issues with Explorer accessing a folder it’s been caused by a failing drive.
