Trying to install Sonarr on debian 11, ran into the following, many thanks in advance for any help.

I’m thinking you didn’t follow the installation instructions and missed the step of adding the key?
The message appears doing apt update. apt-key is depriciated in Debian 11 so I am having dificulties properly importing sonarr key which I think caused apt update to fail with the message ‘not signed’.
not the issue apt-key is still supported in debian 11
