Sonarr prematurely doing Completed Download Handling before I get file unrar'd after uTorrent

Long time, first time. Long time user Sonarr for Usenet, but new to Torrent use. Completed Download Handling works like a charm for Usenet because SabNZBd unrars the show, tells Sonarr, the file gets moved, and all is well. With torrents though, because I have to keep them for a ratio, I changed the settings for Completed Download Handling to Enabled - yes, Remove - no.

Most of torrents I get are rar’d. Sonarr tells uTorrent to get it, and leaves an entry sitting in the Activity tab, which is fine. When I notice this, and go to the file system to manually unrar said tv show, occasionally Sonarr will detect the newly created tv show before the unraring process has been completed. So, I have to manually watch each extracting to make sure that Sonarr doesn’t copy a fractional file over to my proper folder structure.

So, either A) can someone tell me a way to prevent this, or B) could Completed Download Handling be added to the individual Download Clients panel and not be a global setting? So that I could let SabNZBd do the handling, since that doesn’t mess up, but uTorrent not do the handling, and I will just point out the extract file in the Activity tab and do my own manual file import from there?

Decent trackers won’t allow rarred files,
Personally i would dump that tracker,
Had 1 that also allowed rarred files.

1 thing i used in the beginning was “https://utorrentextractor.codeplex.com/”
This will unrar the files automatic for you and keep the rar files for that stupid tracker.
if you stop the torrent it will auto-delete the rars also for you.

Important Note
The extractor will work on all torrents that their labels start with “movies” or “tv” (not case-sensitive).
