I noticed Sonarr stops notifying Plex of new changes all over sudden. I went to connection to do a test and it failed. It has been working since I configured it many light years ago. I checked Radarr no issues there. Turns out the username name field in Sonarr is now case sensitive but not in Radarr. Not sure if that was done by mistake or what the case may be. Just reporting it.
I can confirm this as well… Though it’s case sensitive in both Sonarr and Radarr for me.
AFAIK Radarr uses the exact same code, but I just checked Sonarr and it is not case sensitive.
((Debug logs)) would be helpful to see why Plex is rejecting the authentication (if anything beyond a generic failure message is provided).
