Sonarr Not working

Sonarr version :- Update to the latest:
OS : Windows 10 Pro:
Debug logs:
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here. Post in .txt not .doc, .rtf or some other formatted document)

I Update the Blind IP address (I know its dumm) and save the settings since then the sonnar is not loading. Error come as "Port In Use: Port 8989 is alrady in use, please ensure NzbDrone is not alrady running"
But There is nothin on that port when i check with CMD netstst.

You’ll need to edit the config file and set the Bind Address back to *. You can find config.xml in the AppData Directory.
