Sonarr not working with Synology Download Station Client

Hello internet people,

I am using Sonarr 2.0.0.4613 on my Synology NAS and have setup Syno Download Station as my Client.
It has successfully connected and saved but no tv episodes are being downloaded.

On checking Sonarr’s log file I have found the following error after each episode search

Torrent Download client isn’t configured yet.

Is there a way I can fix this??

Hi. A few things come to my mind. Is it enabled? Did you add the torrent or usenet kind of client?

Thanks for your help, I hadn’t realised that there were 2 options, I have now set it up as a torrent client and it is working.

Sorry to jump in here, but how did you set it up as a torrent client? I added it as a download client but cannot see anything else to do. Duh, just me:-) Tks

Can I please ask what your Sonarr settings look like for Download Station? I’m getting errors while setting up… I enter “localhost” as the host and the DS port number then press “test” which results in a ServerProtocolViolation.
