Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4472
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Synology 6
((Debug logs)): In the debug log, I can see Magnet not supported by download client, true because I use it as blackhole.
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here)
Description of issue:
Hi all,
I am using RARBG as my source for torrent. In Couchpotato, it is working great. But strangely, in Sonarr it is not working.
If I do a manual search, it is working with API url: https://torrentapi.org and in system status, I can see: Enabled indexers do not have RSS sync enabled. But if I click on the little download icon for the release I want, I get a red cloud icon saying: Getting release from indexer failed. I have tried to do a re captcha and start again but same issue. When I try to go directly to this url in a browser, I see: 403 Forbidden Nginx.
By the way, when I go in the settings, under indexer, if I click on Rarbg and click on test button, it says successful. Can someone please help me on how to resolve this?
I really don’t understand why it is working fine in couchpotato with blackhole, I don’t have to setup anything but in sonarr it is not working.
Thanks if you can help,
John.
Sonarr only supports downloading a magnet file to a file when using blackhole, which could fail if permissions don’t allow it, what do the ((debug logs)) show?
That’s expected, you’re not meant to browse it directly.
