Sonarr not syncing to folders and refreshing data

**Sonarr version 2.0.0.5054
WIN10 64bit

Recently Sonarr stopped communicating with the shared folders that contain the episode files… Even if I refresh manually.

I deleted the series and re-added and chose the pathway for the files and it still won’t sync… the logs show that it is finding 0 files.

is there a way to reinstall without having to manually set up all of the Series again?

Cheers

Update… I have DEBUG enabled now… seems that Sonarr cannot read the root folder. I have confirmed that the Windows host has the shared folder mapped and I can access it.

Please read the ((FAQ)) as this issue is covered there.

Thank You Sir… I added NzbDrone to the startup folder and modified the series mappings to UNC format and it fixed the association.

Strange that this worked this morning… Curse of Bill Gates right?

Cheers!

Sometimes it works, but MS doesn’t actually support it and it comes down to when the folder is mounted and often fails after a reboot.
