Sonarr not showing every episode in a few specific seasons

Sonarr version: 2.0.0.4146
OS: Windows 10
Description of issue: There are a couple of seasons of the show “Disney Animated Shorts” that does not list all of the episodes. It just shows a few of the episodes in an apparent random selection. I can’t figure out how to get it to display all the episodes. For instance, in Season 2001, it displays episodes 4, 13, 15, & 16. Then in season 1999, it shows 9, 12, 13, 17, 24, 44, 51, & 67. As per thetvdb.com (links below), you can see that season 2001 has 16 eps, and season 1999 has 67 eps.

How is it that these are the only seasons that do this and how can I fix it?
2001: http://thetvdb.com/?tab=season&seriesid=78988&seasonid=634366&lid=7
1999: http://thetvdb.com/?tab=season&seriesid=78988&seasonid=634365&lid=7

Also I have noticed that it shows a blue dot for 2001 and a red (0/1) for 1999. Is this a problem with the tvdb data and the lack of air dates?

This is a weird issue, something with TheTVDB’s data is messed up and the episodes that are missing don’t have a episode name and since they also don’t have an air date they don’t show up (we filter out the garbage episodes people add when a new series/season is starting. It’s weird because the UI for those seasons shows an episode name, but if you edit the episode there isn’t a name and the API doesn’t give one back either. If you create an account on TheTVDB (if you haven’t already), you can edit the episodes and make sure a title is set. Once the changes are made it takes about 15 minutes for the cache on their side to expire and 60 minutes for skyhook’s (our proxy) cache to expire, give it 2 hours to be safe and you can update it in Sonarr.

No air date = hasn’t aired, so it won’t be considered missing, the one episode in 1999 with an air date gives you 0/1 and red because its missing, blue meaning nothing is missing.
