Anything special in Activity > Queue? Items with an exclamation mark or other icon indicating an issue?
Anything errors in the log files, e.g. permission related?
Which usenet/torrent client(s) do you use?
Are the downloads listed as complete in your download client (check in the download client directly)?
I don’t know… a lot of questions, but many possibilities so we need to know a little more about your setup.
