Sonarr Not Renaming and Moving Shows

Sonarr was working great for a few weeks, but now it has decided to stop renaming and moving shows upon download. Any idea if this is a common occurrence and/or if there is an easy fix for it?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Can post logs if need be.

Definitely need trace logs for this.

Also which version of Sonarr, whats shown in Activity -> Queue, which download client, which OS, which version of mono (non-Windows).

At this point without the above information we don’t even have a place to start.
