Seed in queue it means at the right, sometimes it says uploading,
sonarr is copying the movie file to the right location.
But its not removing it from utorrent or the download folder
This is explained in the ((FAQ)), seeding torrents are not removed automatically.
Oh i already have that, it doesnt upload anymore when torrent is done. But it still doesnt remove from utorrent or from disk
Is it stopped or just doesn’t upload? Sonarr will only remove Completed torrents when the option is enabled and the torrent is marked as finished seeding.

Looks at the logs or hover over the icon to see why. It won’t remove them if it didn’t import them.
Thats all my logs, i dont even see the name of the file in those logs.

I dont know what more I could try/check 
These settings are irrelevant to your issue.
Then I won’t be able to see anything more. Try restarting Sonarr then checking, also enable ((trace logging)) before restarting so all the information we need it there (clean the existing log files to start with a fresh slate).
