Sonarr not recognizing episodes - Manual link?

Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):

Description of issue: Sonarr not recognizing episodes

Good morning,

as I would like to use Sonarr to manage my series (and to ensure completeness), I have added my series to it. However, a lot of episodes are not recognized, even though they are valid. How can I still make the program understand it is correct? Is there a way of manually linking files?

I assume you mean the existing episodes in your library.
Sonarr uses a bunch of pattern-matching logic to identify episodes. The most common pattern contains S01E01-style episode numbers.
