Sonarr has stopped receiving the completed notifications from Sabnzbd. It was working up until last week and now has just stopped.
The odd thing about this is that the progress of the download is still coming over (I can see the purple line progress) so the communication is working up until the end.
What do the ((debug logs)) show?
You can also look at Activity: Queue for an overview why it hasn’t imported.
Thanks. I was able too see from the logs that it wasn’t able to access the drive (which is a network). I ultimately had to change the path on sabnzb away from the drive letter and use the relative path instead. I can understand why this would cause issues but since I haven’t changed either program and they’ve been running for years, I’m not sure why this happened now.
Because Sonarr running as a Windows service can’t access mapped network drives reliably (explained in the ((FAQ))) as it’s not supported by Microsoft, sometimes it works, but it almost always fails eventually.
