Sonarr not copying downloaded files or deleting them

Description of issue:

Using Utorrent to download episodes. I have all my downloads going into a downloads folder (M:\downloads), and moving to (M:\completed) upon completion.
Sonarr can see the download progress whilst episodes downloading. Upon completion of a download (the download IS in a finished state) Sonarr sees the episode as downloading with progress bar full, and just sits and does nothing. I have post download processing on with remove enabled also, but the files are not being copied to my TV shows library (M:\TV). They are not being removed either.
My download system is inside a VM and therefore the media disk is a network share (local to the hypervisor). I have tried using both hardlinks and not hardlinks to import but the issue persists.

Any advice would be appreciated, I am happy to provide any more info required.

Let us know when you post the ((debug logs)). You can also look at Activity: Queue to see why they aren’t importing.

Just like to tell you what I found to be the issue.
I was running sonarr as a service under the servers service account, utorrent runs as my user and the drives containint the media are mounted under my username,Even though the shares are public. Utorrent downloaded to the mounted drive letter M. As such Sonarr (as its a service account program)couldnt find the drive M. This was causing sonarr to be unable to see the files in the conpleted location. Changing the utorrent download lication to point to the network share as a network path and not as the mounted drive resolved the issues, sonarr was able to find and move the files.
