Sonarr wont auto search for a show, only if i go into Missing, and select search all mising. or go to the show and click auto search or manual search. Why is this?

where. i cant find the answer. please just copy it and paste here. its in manual search, and auto search works too, it just doesnt auto search by itself.

Sonarr doesn’t actively search for any episodes on its own; Sonarr doesn’t actively search for any episodes on its own; it uses the indexer’s latest releases to find recently posted episodes.
Unless things are recently posted (either new releases or re-released) Sonarr won’t see them automatically.
The problem is that this IS a new release. I know it won’t download old episodes. But it won’t even get new ones.
There are lots of reasons why things aren’t grabbed, only ((debug logs)) from an RSS Sync when the item you expect was present will be able to confirm why.
