Sonarr is not able to copy the completed download from utorrent. In the activity page it says failed to import episode. When i checked the logs it said the file is being used by another process. I know that it must be fixed on my end. But i haven’t changed any setup at all and it was working fine. I’m not sure what the issue is. Force import seems to do nothing at all. Never understood it’s function either. But it does not work in this case.
What is the full error in the logs? (Pastebin it)
Its main purpose is to import something Sonarr was able to determine what episode it was, but rejected the import for various reasons (mismatched series title or episode number).
Unfortunately Pastebin is telling the file is too large. Hence i have uploaded it as a text file on my 4shared account (just disable ad-blocker temporarily to get instant download). I apologize for the inconvenience. I had enabled trace logs and cleared the logs. Then clicked on force import.
If you need i can let you connect to my WebUI and Sonarr since i already have set up DNS.
They want me to either login or download some exe, no thanks. Try xbmclogs or hastebin, lots of options.
Sorry for that. I have cut the log.I noticed the same fail was repeated several times over. After the cut it has fit in pastebin. Here is the link:

What path if any do you have the Drone Factory folder set to?
Also if you could pastebin a debug log I’d like to see whats happening before the error.
I do have a Drone Factory folder set up. It is set to the contacts folder for windows (different from where utorrent downloads to). I’m really worried right now because i just checked all my tv show folders and they are empty. Sonarr performed its regular 12hr scan and all tv shows were reported to have 0 episodes. I thought itwas some bug but when i checked the folders they were indeed empty. I immediately shutdown sonarr. I’m not at home so accessing all this remotely. I can’t shutdown the server cause i won’t be home for a few days but if you think i should then i will do it. My hard drive still seems to be having around the same used size (but can’t say). Some TV shows still have episodes but a majority went missing. I did not have a recycle bin set up in sonarr either unfortunately. The hard drive is relatively new. The logs of sonarr just show it trying to import that previous episode and then the refresh series which reports folder does not exist. So it creates an empty folder (i do have that option on). But what could have caused this massive data loss? What should i do next?
I also noticed that my movie folder was empty. Fully empty. So i just copied over sonarr log folder over to my current machine and shutdown my server. I won’t have access to my server or be able to turn it on till i get home around 2 days. I had duckdns script running via task scheduler, teamviewer, sonarr as a windows service, utorrent with webui. Nothing else was running. Am i looking at harddrive failure (have warranty but data recovery will be hard)? I do not have any backup either.
Sonarr wouldn’t be deleting episodes unless it was upgrading the quality and it wouldn’t touch movies, so it sounds like there is something else interfering here. Offhand I don’t have any suggestions on what to check though.
I will have to go home and then have a look. I will post an update once i check it.
Looks like it was pure hard drive failure. All fixed now. But my previous issue still persists. I had intended to do a full system reinstall anyway. So till then i will manually import these episodes. If after the re-install the issue still persists then i will just create a new thread. I request you to delete this as it will help no one in the future.
