Hi,
I would like to know if there is an issue with sonarr communicating with nzbget history. Sonarr is able to send nzbs to nzbget and nzbget is able to tell sonarr it is completed then sonarr renames moves video into correct directory.
My question is I see this error in sonarr log :
DownloadMonitoringService Unable to retrieve queue and history items from Nzbget
I am using
Sonarr Version 2.0.0.4613
Mono Version 4.6.2
On a Synology nas
May I ask while you are checking for the reason why I get the error :
DownloadMonitoringService Unable to retrieve queue and history items from Nzbget
Can you also check the other error I see: DownloadDecisionMaker Couldn’t process release.: Multiple episodes with the same air date found
I was wondering if the 2nd error is caused when a show is set to the wrong type daily, standard, and anime?
I appreciate all your help,
Bryan
I don’t see this in that log file, if its intermittent you’ll need to wait for it to happen again.
No it’s caused by a show that is correctly set to a Daily show, but more than one episode has the same air date. In this case it looks like it is for: Conan.2017.03.01.Mandy.Moore.HDTV.x264-CROOKS
So in the case of this episode it is not an error on my part but 1 or more indexers?
Besides of course not having the show in my list is there another way to not see this error or correct it?
That looks like an issue with mono, something within mono is failing.
It’s an issue with TheTVDB, not the indexer. Unless it’s actually supposed to have a duplicate the duplicate needs to be fixed on TheTVDB, if it’s supposed to be a dupe nothing you can do.
@markus101 They should be specials imho. It happened back in 2016 too with the Berlin ‘special’.
But they talk about them as if they’re ‘full episode’ so forget about it, it’s not going to get fixed.
Edit: Were talking about the Mexico ‘special’ that aired on March 1st in conflict with the daily episode that aired on the same day.
Yeah, I see that. That should 100% be a special. If they won’t change it then it’ll be throwing errors until it’s no longer on RSS feeds (surprised it still is at this point).
I currently have Mono Version 4.6.2. Guess I need to wait for an update with Mono. Just ignore the error for now?
Glad to hear that the other error is because of tvdb. If they do not change it on the site how long before I would not see the error I would figure that the rss sync would eventually only go back so far…
Thank you for your help,
Bryan
Depends when new releases for that episode stop getting posted, usually within a few days of release, but it could be reposted at any time, just an error that you’ll need to ignore.
Ok that makes sense and the Mono error. Just need to hope it gets fixed? Is there anything in sonarr that can be changed to handle the issue with the next update?
Thank you,
Bryan
You could try downgrading mono, this has been something we’ve started seeing with 4.6.x on some platforms, but it works fine on others (and previous versions).
Oh ok
I appreciate you and your team helping me with these 2 issues.
Otherwise sonarr is awesome
Hi,
I advised tvdb of the error that the Mexico episode was a special.
Would you believe already corrected on the tvdb.
So I should not get the multiple episode error anymore till the next error
Thank you again!
