Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.3953 Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): - OS: Windows 10 x64 Debug logs (posted to hastebin or similar): sonarr.debug.txt last part of sonarr.txt (the relevant part) Description of issue (if you think you’ve found a bug please include steps to reproduce):
It has happened three times now that a complete season of a show has been downloaded, and when the torrent is finished, sonarr grabs 2-3 episodes, transfers them to the correct location, and then throws away all other episodes.
Just now it happened when Season 01 of Daredevil was downloaded, it transferred episode 12 and 13, then threw away the rest. The other two times it happened was Season 01 of Z-nation. I don’t remember the exact episodes it kept, but it kept about 2 or 3 episodes those times as well.
Noticable details are that everytime this has happened it has been a ~50GB torrent, always season 01 of some show, and always 1080p resolution.
This is really annoying, since it takes me about two days to download these torrents, and i have to manually unmonitor the tv-shows to make sure that sonarr doesn’t throw away episodes, and then manually copy them over, and remonitor the show again. Would have been one thing if it couldn’t import it, but now it also deletes everything and i have to re-download it.
I tried disabling Drone Factory by removing the path and setting the interval to 0. I’ll see if it works.
It may not work though, since i have Transmission installed on my NAS, and the client installed on my PC (where sonarr is running) is just that, a client.
EDIT: Nope, does not work. Just tried downloading an episode, and sonarr couldn’t grab it. Going back to using both Drone Factory and CDH now. Or should i maybe disable CDH?
Don’t use Drone Factory with Torrents. It will cause you issues.
Thats totally supported, just use a Remote Path Mapping to tell Sonarr where the files are instead of the path Transmission reports.
If something still deleted the files with Drone Factory off and the path Transmission reports and Sonarr can use to access the files aren’t the same something else has to be causing it, because otherwise Sonarr has no way to access them.
RARed torrents are also going to cause issues, since torrent clients don’t have built in RAR support and don’t tell Sonarr that a script is executing/post download step is taking place.
