Sonarr / Jackett not finding things

Manual search works, private tracker. Any suggestions? I am using jackett with the tracker and a few things have worked fine

Is there any other relevant info needed? I could not find a “read this before posting” post or a pinned post of sorts with a guide on how to post help & support topics

No results came back from Jackett, which means either Jackett failed to return the results or it failed to get results from your indexer.

Could it be a jacket / indexer issue if they are found manually? If so how could I determine which one of the 2 are having issues?

Manually on the indexer or through Sonarr’s manual search?

I believe Jackett has a way to search to test the indexer.

Manually via sonarr’s interface. (going into the show’s season and finding an episode and clicking manual search)

Jackett’s test returns fine (orange test button)
