As the title states, after importing my series, my cutoff is set to 720p bluray. The min is 0; the max size is almost 3GB. These are the defaults. For the past 3 days, no seasons that I know have 720p bluray have not been downloaded. But, any new episodes are downloading without issue. Because of this, I would say my download client and profiles are configured properly. But for some reason, the max cutoff isn’t downloading.
sonarr wont do back searches on it own, see here for more info: https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/FAQ#how-does-sonarr-find-episodes
What if I click the magnifying glass to search for a season where I know my max cutoff (720 bluray) exists?
As long as Sonarr sees them as Bluray 720p already it will search, find no upgrades and not grab anything.
That’s the problem. I have seasons not at my max cutoff. So when I manually search, shouldn’t it pull down the 720 blu ray?
When you click the manual search for one of these episodes, are these 720p bluray releases listed? Do they all have an exclamation point? Assuming they do what is the reason for rejection that Sonaar gives when you hover over it?
(I feel like we might not be completely clear on the problem you’re having: If the releases were available long before you added the show, then Sonarr isn’t going to pick them up automatically unless they get reposted, but you should be able to click the automatic search to obtain something, yes.)
