Sonarr is using torrent name not filename and imports are failing

Description of issue: Sonarr is using torrent name not filename and imports are failing. See screenshots and debug log
Torrent Client: qBittorrent v4.3.0.1 Web UI (64-bit)

Torrent name is:
Bluey.2018.S02E28.Seesaw.720p.ABC.WEB-DL.AAC2.0.x264-[eztv.io].mkv[eztv]
Single file in torrent is named:
Bluey.2018.S02E28.Seesaw.720p.ABC.WEB-DL.AAC2.0.x264-[eztv.io].mkv

Note the [eztv] at the end of the torrent name.
Manual import works fine on the download folder

Just a heads up that qBittorrent 4.3 broke Sonarr’s ability to access a local hard drive and move the downloaded file to it’s final location (everything on same machine). Sonarr was throwing errors about not having permission to access the folder (not running as a service) which made no sense. I downgraded qBT and everything works perfectly.
