Not sure what happened. All was working fine. Downloads were going in the correct folder. Now they will only go to C:\Users\Me\Downloads
I have the correct path specified in the shows folder settings. This is driving me nutty.
Sonarr would import after your download client has completed downloading the item, you’ll need to check the Log files to see why its unable to import.
Looking at the log files. Not really certain what I should be looking for or even do at the point I saw something?
I also am not getting pushbullet download completed notifications now either. The completed download just goes to my generic downloads folder and that’s it.
It’s fixed. I uninstalled and deleted the nzbdrone program file. Re-installed. Pretty sure changing to an external drive is where things went wonky. It seems that it breaks the relocation of downloads if you make any changes and then try and select a new/different path. You might consider just suggesting this fix to your average person. Checking log files and permissions on folders is gonna usually be a time waster.
We need to check log files to know why Sonarr is failing to move it, generally you’d be looking for an error, but you can use one of the folder names to track down what Sonarr is doing with it in the logs.
Reinstallation seems overkill, especially if you manually nuked the DB file as well, definitely not the first step in troubleshooting, need to know the issue before we can suggest a fix.
Glad to hear its sorted.
