Sonarr is moving but not renaming

Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.10.1.57
OS: FreeNAS
SABnzbd Version: 3.0.2

Description of issue: I had to reinstall SABnzbd and since then Sonarr will move files, but will not rename them. Sab downloads everything into /downloads/sabnzbd/incomplete then moves files to /downloads/sabnzbd/complete.

At this point Sonarr is grabbing the folder and moving it to /TV without renaming anything, and without putting it into series folders.

Absolutely nothing has changed from my original Sonarr installation, permissions and folder structure are identical from before I had to reinstall SABnzbd. I’m looking at Sonarr because my files are moving, and Sab is not handling the moving, so it is something I’ve missed in Sonarr.

That’s not Sonarr doing that, Sonarr will only put things in the series folder, never outside and would only not rename if that’s how it’s setup.

Make sure SAB isn’t sorting TV episodes or some sort of post-processing script, in SAB is moving those files, because it’s not Sonarr.

SAB is reporting this path for importing:

(and Sonarr can’t access it)

I figured it out. The path to my FreeNAS mount for Sab and Sonarr were different. Correct the mount point and everything was good again.
