Sonarr is grabbing files before sabnzdb is finished unpacking

Hi All

I have Sabnzdb to download to /home/me/incomplete and to unpack to /home/me/complete.
Sonarr is set to scan the complete folder every minute which is causing it to transfer files which are half way through the unpack process.
I have changed this to scan every 15 min which isnt ideal but doesnt solve the problem, there is still a chance whereby Sonarr may scan the folder and start during an unpack process - albeit it less of a chance now.

Is there a way i can prevent this problem from happening at all? I was looking though Sabnzdb documentation on a way to lock the file or the like or perhaps an unpack directory but couldnt find much, an unpack directory wouldnt help all that much anyway as the file would still need to be moved into the serachable folder anyway and that could take time.

Perhaps there is a way to get Sonarr to check to see if the file size is increasing and if so to leave it for a few min?

Sabnzbd supports completed download handling. That way, the folder isn’t monitored, but the sabnzbd history is queried. And that guarentees nothing wi happen until sabnzbd fully processes the file.
