Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4689 Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.8.1 OS: Ubuntu ((Debug logs)): I don’t have one but have turned on debug logs and will post next time it occurs. Description of issue: I keep having shows that will end up cutting off like 40 minutes into a 50minute show and it turns out that sonarr is only copying maybe 650mb out of 710mb. It has never happened until last 2 weeks or so. I have been running in this setup for over a year. I will post debug log once it happens again.
Edit: The SMBs it moves the files across are on a FreeNAS so it’s possible it was broken in their recent update. Hoping someone else has seen this recently as well.
It’s an issue with mono and SMB shares that happens periodically (no pattern that we’ve seen), the best way around it is to use NFS shares instead of SMB.
Sonarr does attempt to work around if it detects it’s copying between mounts it and should log when it happens.
It’s doing it a lot now (still on SMB can’t move to NFS because I have windows machines) and there are no warnings or errors in the log that I can see. What should I be looking for? These are copies not moves. Is there some sort of file size check after move to make sure it finished copying the whole thing? I’m not seeing errors in the debug log either.
