When downloading episodes Sonarr identifies Fairy.Tail.-.121.-.1080p.BluRay.x264.DHD as S01E21 (absolute 21). (Happened for a lot of episodes, this one is just an example)
Is there something I did wrong? I can’t think of a reason why it would split 121 into 1 and 21. Or it just ignores the first number?

That’s expected (there are other thread about the same issue), its because Sonarr can’t differentient between 121 being s01e21 or absolute 121 unless there are other markers in the file (release group in square brackets at the start or ending with a hash).
This is something wells be looking at addressing bin a future version.
But why is 121 parsed as s01e21? I have never seen a release named 121 that would contain s01e21
It’s used by the scene as filename in quite a few cases. afaik LOL uses it almost exclusively.
