Sonarr Email Notification Subject Title Enhancement

Currently, email notifications “Subject” for a downloaded item Downloaded just says, “Sonarr [TV] - Downloaded”; which isn’t very helpful in many email clients listing a bunch of email Subject titles (without Email Preview enabled).

Could you please make a small enhancement for Email notifications to say something like:

Sonarr [TV] - Hannibal - 3x04 - Aperitivo [HDTV-720p] Downloaded and sorted.
