Sonarr eating all my swap space on nas4free (freebsd)

I am having issues with Sonarr, it is basically eating up all my swap space, forcing a restart of the application or a restart of the server in a worst-case scenario.

Is there anything I can do to limit the swap space it uses, or at least attempt to get the application to clean up after itself now and then.

Thanks!

Which version of Sonarr?
Which version of Mono?

Garbage collection should be done automatically by mono, there is nothing within Sonarr’s control to handle that. Typically Sonarr uses about 80MB of RAM, but that will increase when Sonarr is processing different things.

Sonarr Version:
2.0.0.3732

Mono Version:
4.2.1 (Stable 4.2.1.124/39edf24 Sat Jan 16 02:33:40 UTC 2016)

How much RAM and swap space is mono using?
How much RAM and swap space is available?
Is mono 3.10 available for your system? It may be easier on RAM usage.

I have 6GB of RAM, 2GB of swap space. Not sure how to tell how much mono is using.

I upgraded mono, things appear to be better.
