Sonarr Duplicating Episodes In Folders

I feel like an idiot but something has changed (probably because I mucked around with it) and for the last couple of weeks Sonarr puts the episde it grabs into a Series/Season folder now which causes me to get duplicates of every episode.

I dont have any series using the Season Folder option on so I’m not sure where else to look.

Transmission downloads then moved the completed file to my NAS but for some reason sonarr seems to try to maintain an organized folder on top of TX already doing that job.

I think there is a mix up with the root folder but I still dont know why its creating a folder for each show now.

The season folder could also come from the episode format (if it contains a slash).

As for the duplication it sounds like it’s still being seeded so Sonarr if copying or hardlinking the file not moving them, which is expected (as explained in the ((FAQ))).
