Sonarr downloading series but not to the correct directory

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5344
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): n/a
OS: Windows 10 PRO
Debug logs:
Description of issue: Sonarr will download a series through Deluge just fine. However it stores this download in the Windows Downloads Folder. It was working fine the first day it was setup but has since stopped putting the shows into the folder which I point it do.

Any help is much appreciated. This is all new to me so go easy if I have missed something.

Looks like it failed to connect at all, but when it did the username/password was wrong and it failed to authenticate.
